Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Towrigo dispatch network — for the fleets and drivers who open tickets and the shops who bid on them.

01The service
Towrigo operates a marketplace that turns a heavy-duty breakdown into a structured job, opens it to vetted repair shops for competitive fixed-price, fixed-ETA bids, and facilitates dispatch and escrow-backed payment. Towrigo is not itself a repair provider.
02Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Shops must maintain valid licensing and insurance and pass vetting to remain Towrigo-confirmed.
03Bids, awards, and pricing
A bid is a firm commitment to perform the described work at the stated price and ETA. Awarding a bid forms an agreement between the fleet and the shop; Towrigo facilitates and secures it but is not a party to the repair itself.
Towrigo charges a flat service fee, disclosed at the time of the transaction, deducted from the escrowed amount at release.
04Escrow & payment
Funds are captured on acceptance and held in escrow by our payments partner. Funds release to the shop upon the driver’s confirmation of a completed fix, net of the service fee. Disputes pause release pending review.
05Conduct
Circumventing the platform to avoid fees, misrepresenting capability or vehicle status, or manipulating ratings and ETAs may result in removal from the network.
06Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Repair quality is the responsibility of the performing shop. To the extent permitted by law, Towrigo’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected transaction.
